Biography
Professor Al-Abbousi teaches didactic and clinical courses in oral diagnosis and treatment planning to dental students as well as accelerated dental students. She currently serves on the Michigan Dental Association Foundation Board of Directors.
Professor Al-Abbousi received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Walsh University, a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Ohio State University and a Certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry from Case Western Reserve University. She maintains a private practice in Dearborn Heights, Mich. She joined the University in 2012.
