HHS along with its enemies in a lawsuit of California agreed on Friday to postpone implementing a regulation that will enable the medical workers to refuse performing abortions and other treatments related to moral and religious grounds.
The filing said that the rule will open a new window. It was previously meant to be effected from July 22nd but not will be postponed for final consideration in November.
